I'm a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist who is obsessed with getting myself (and my patients) stronger through mid-life.

Movement has been my medicine since I was a teenager - and I'm so excited to share my passion with you. Strength training is the key to our longevity, our health as we age, and our functional independence. But thinking about lifting weights or where to even start can feel overwhelming! And maybe even...scary. Will you get hurt? Look silly? Know what to do? Leak or "mess up" your pelvic floor? I'm so glad you're here. Let me guide you into a strength based movement practice for 7 days. We're going to choose to do something, and we're going to do it together, every step of the way. And - we are going to do it in a mindful way, incorporating our pelvic floor + core to ensure that we are safe and supported not only when we lift weights, but as we move through life.
