A healthy + happy pelvic floor is one that is able to move through a full range of motion. And, establishing good pelvic floor, hip, and spine mobility is at the foundation. Furthermore, oftentimes we leak because our muscles are overactive, not weak! Building great mobility AND strength is key, and this program will address both.
Each routine is around 10 minutes - that's all! You can choose how many days a week you work on your pelvic floor mobility.

That's great! This mobility program will be an excellent complement to a workout program. Building mobility helps set the stage for strength gains; there is no true strength without good mobility.
Not every pelvic floor issue can be "fixed" by kegels; in fact, many are made worse by doing repeated pelvic floor muscle contractions. This program prioritizes mobility but does include a chapter on pelvic floor + core strength, including "kegels".
Absolutely*! Mobility work is essential during pregnancy and can help to combat common pregnancy-related aches + pains. You will also find specific routines for pregnancy and birth prep. *Please check with your OB or midwife first.
